First of all, this jacket is awesome. It feels pretty high quality and is warm and I have found it to do well in light rain. The hood and adjustment strings are great. The inside pocket is an added plus.
I customized these for my team and the embroidery was really great and showed up really well on these jackets.
Finally, I was guided through my entire ordering process by several customer service agents and they were extremely helpful throughout the process.
Overall, a great product with excellent customer service as well.
